  • Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 to 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Transit Time (Delivery): 7 to 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday).

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly via our website or the carrier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate.

5. Address Changes & Cancellations
