1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

3. Return Shipping is 100% FREE

  • No Return Shipping Fees: We provide Free Returns for all eligible items. Customers do not have to pay for return shipping costs or any restocking fees.
  • How to Start a Return:
    1. Email our support team at into@onestopv.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
    2. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
    3. Print the label, secure it to your return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

*Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.*

4. Inspection and Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions.
  • Approval/Rejection: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

5. Fast 10-Day Refund Processing

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • The funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credited in USD).
  • We guarantee that your refund will be fully processed and initiated within 10 business days of receiving your return package.
  • Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to officially reflect on your statement.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at into@onestopv.shop. We will swiftly assess the issue and provide a free replacement or a full refund.
